MIlanaise organic hulled millet is a Small golden cereal. Millet husked can be used instead of rice since it contains about seven times more fiber. It is excellent in salads or casseroles.
Simmer 250 ml (1 cup) of hulled millet in 500 ml (2 cups) of water for approximately 20 minutes (covered).
