Crust:
- 150g Organic all-purpose flour
- 100g brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 100ml organic milk
- 100ml water
- 1Tbsp of baking soda no aluminum
- 5 Tbsp of plum jam
Combine all of the ingredients above, pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 15-20 min on 200 degrees Celsius. Once baked, spread 3 tablespoons of plum jam over the cake while still warm. Afterward, glaze it with 100g of melted organic dark chocolate. Serve it either warm or cold.
