Raw cake

Raw cake recipe free of sugar, milk, and eggs. Only blender and a cake dish required, not a stove or oven. The full recipe can be found on http://milas-homemade.com/raw-cake/.

Crust:
100g dates ( for the best results soak them before use)
100g dried figs
80g raw hazelnuts
50g organic dried cranberries
2 Tbsps.. coconut oil ( this can be replaced with water if you don’t like the coconut taste)
First layer:
140g frozen berry mix ( strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
20g almonds
2 Tbsps. of honey
2 Tbsps. of water
Second layer:
2 ripened bananas
3 Tbsps. cacao powder
2 Tbsps. honey
30g hazelnuts
2 Tbsps. water ( or more if necessary)

From now on, all you need is a blender and a 24cm size cake dish. Start with making the crust first by blending all of the ingredients listed. Then add the first layer and leave it in the freezer for about half an hour . Once it is firm and solid, you can add the second layer. Freeze it for at least 4 hours. Every time prior to serving, make sure you take it out of the freezer 10 min before. Cut it with a warm knife to prevent the batter from sticking to the knife. You can decorate it with dark chocolate, drizzle with cocoa powder or leave it as it is. Enjoy!
